Disability & Medical (ADA & FMLA)

We represent employees who have requested a reasonable accommodation at work based on a disability and employees who need to take medical leave to care for themselves or a family member.  We provide advice and counseling regarding making such requests and in dealing with the employer during the approval process.  If an employer violates the laws applicable to disability and medical leave issues, our employment law attorney also provides legal representation to protect your rights relating to your disability or medical issues including appearing for union hearings and pursuing your claims in court.
